Nebraska hunters will be allowed two permits each
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Hunters across Nebraska will be able to purchase turkey permits for the fall beginning Aug. 9.
Hunters are allowed to harvest one turkey of either sex with archery equipment or a shotgun per permit. Hunters can have up to two permits each during the fall season.
Turkey permits are valid statewide from Sept. 15 2021 through Jan. 31, 2022. There’s no minimum age requirement.
Permits can be purchased online or at Nebraska Game and Parks Commission permitting offices beginning at 1 p.m. on Aug. 9.
