ST. LOUIS — Police said Thursday that they have arrested a man in last month’s triple killing in the Greater Ville neighborhood.

Detectives plan to seek charges against the 29-year-old man for first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder and other felonies.

The suspect had not been charged as of Thursday morning, and the Post-Dispatch is not naming him until charges are filed.

Three men were killed and four more were injured in the shooting June 21. They were shot about 7:30 p.m. in the 4000 block of Sullivan Avenue.

The men who died were identified by authorities as Kevin Page, 40, Charlie Anderson, 31, and O.J. Pernell, 44.

Page lived in the 1300 block of Elkhart Drive in Ferguson, Anderson lived in the 2700 block of Allen Avenue in St. Louis and Pernell lived in the 3900 block of Palm Street in St. Louis.

One of the four men who were wounded, a 47-year-old, was found bleeding but alive inside a business. He had been shot in the legs and torso. He was described by police as a possible suspect and was in critical condition at a hospital.
