EMILY: GLAD THEY FOUND THE TIGER AND THE TIGER IS WHERE IT SHOULD BE. WE HAVE A LOT TO TALK ABOUT. NEVILLE: WE HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS, THANKFULLY NOT SEEING ANYTHING SEVERE. SEVERE THREAT STAYS LOW. JUST BEING OUT AND ABOUT, WE STILL HAVE SHOWERS, SOME POCKETS OF HEAVY RAIN YOU WILL HAVE TO GET THROUGH, CERTAINLY CAN IMPACT YOUR DRIVING CONDITIONS. A LOT OF WATER ON THE ROADS, THERE MAY BE LARGE AREAS OF PONDING WATER. PROBABLY GOING TO TAKE YOU LONGER TO GET TO AND FROM WHERE YOU ARE GOING. IN THE NORTH AND THINGS ARE PRETTY QUIET, LIBERTY OVER TOWARDS PARKVILLE, RELATIVELY DRY. DOWN PORT GETTING READY TO HEAD INTO DOWNTOWN KANSAS CITY. RIGHT OVER OLATHE, SEEING SOME LIGHTNING STRIKES OVER GARDNER. THERE IS OUR RADAR RIGHT THERE. WE HAVE HEAVIER RAIN RIGHT OVER THE RADAR. SOME ALSO RAIN OFF LONG. SOME SHOWERS AS YOU GET CLOSER TO BUTLER AND CLINTON, AND ALL OF THIS IS LOOKING TOWARDS THE NORTH. SHOWERS MOVING NORTHWARD. IF YOU ARE DRIVER RIGHT NOW, EXPECT THAT TO CHANGE. TEMPERATURES ARE IN THE 60’S. 65 DEGREES IN KANSAS CITY, 62 IN LEE’S SUMMIT, 63 DEGREES FOR OLATHE. 61 IN LIBERTY. RAIN HAS KEPT THE TEMPERATURES STEADY. GOING THROUGH THE EVENING, LOWER 60’S, THUNDERSTORMS, THAT TAPERS BACK TO SOME SCATTERED SHOWERS BY LATE IN THE EVENING. IF YOU HAVE EVENING PLANS, TAKE AN UMBRELLA WITH YOU. HERE’S FUTURESCAN, GOING THROUGH THE REST OF YOUR EVENING, SCATTERED SHOWERS, THERE’S 10:00 P.M., STILL DEALING WITH THE RAIN. I THINK SHOWERS LENDER OFF AND ON, THROUGH TONIGHT, EVEN FOR MONDAY MORNING, 7:00 A.M. SOME SCATTERED RAIN. THE COMMUTE IS NOT A WASHOUT. POCKETS OF DRIZZLE, AREAS OF FOG. MORE OF THE SAME HEADING FOR THE MORNING. PATCHY, LIGHT RAIN. IN GENERAL, THIS MEANS RAIN CHANCES ARE A LOT LOWER, WE ARE SEEING RIGHT NOW. MORE DRY TIME TOMORROW, GRAY DAY, MAYBE SOME SUNSHINE HEADING INTO THE AFTERNOON, SLIGHT CHANCES FOR A FEW RUMBLES OF THUNDER CLOSER TO CLINTON AND BUTLER. THE 12 HOUR FORECAST FOR TOMORROW, FOG AND DRIZZLE IN THE MORNING, CHANCES OF SHOWERS THROUGH THE AFTERNOON, LOW 70’S TOMORROW, 20% RAIN CHANCE ON MONDAY, MORE DRY TIME TOMORROW. TUESDAY SOME SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS, HIGHS BUMP UP INTO THE MID-70’S, THURSDAY, MORE OF THOSE SHOWERS, ANOTHER IMPACT DAY. HEADING INTO THE WEEKEND AND EARLY NEXT WEEK, STILL CHANCES EACH DAY, A LITTLE
