Missouri Health & Wellness announces grand opening for Jefferson City dispensary — Greenway Magazine – Greenway

January 22, 2021 by LPP Reporter

Missouri Health & Wellness (MH&W), a medical cannabis company licensed to operate five dispensaries in the state, announced that its Jefferson City location will be open for business on Monday, January 25th, 2021. The Jefferson City location is the latest to open of five dispensaries operated by MH&W. Missouri Health & Wellness was one of the first approved by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) to operate in the state. MH&W also owns and operates dispensaries in Washington, Belton, Kirksville, and Sedalia.

“This has been some time coming and we are excited to finally bring medical cannabis to our state’s capital city, Cole County, and the surrounding areas,” said Randy Stambaugh, MH&W’s statewide manager. “I continue to be amazed by the support we have received from the state, from Jeff City and our other areas we serve, the business community and the residents.”

MH&W’s dispensary in Jefferson City will have a variety of flower strains and edibles available upon opening along with a complete line of products as the supply becomes more available. Customers will be able to pre-order on Sunday evening.

Regional Manager Kathleen Beebe said MH&W is making customer service and safety cornerstones of its business.

“We have a top-notch team who have all gone through an extensive training program to better serve our patients,” she emphasized. MH&W has also implemented expanded cleaning, social distancing, mandatory mask-wearing, and pre-ordering online for pick-up at all its dispensaries.

“We have made it our mission to provide residents of the Show-Me State with the most insightful information and education about the health benefits of medical cannabis,” Beebe said, noting that MH&W has created an official Missouri Patient Guide to Medical Marijuana available on its website. Customers coming to the dispensary will also get one-on-one attention from MH&W Wellness Specialists, who have extensive knowledge about the various strains of cannabis and their proper use for specific medical conditions. Patients seeking a Missouri cannabis medical card and information about their first visit can visit the website to register for a consultation with Midwest Cannabinoid Clinics (MCC) who has partnered with MH&W. Jefferson City dispensary hours are Monday thru Friday: 11 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 11 am to 4pm. Find more information on the location, hours, and menu at www.mhwdispensaries.com.

The Jefferson City dispensary is conveniently located in downtown Jefferson City easily accessed from Missouri Highways 54, 50, and 63. Going South on 54, take a right on US Business 50 (Missouri Blvd.) past Lions Field and we are on the right-hand side of the street across from the Fraternal Order of Eagles at 1404-A Missouri Blvd, Jefferson City, MO, 65109. No reservations are needed, but patients and other residents interested in medical cannabis are encouraged to call MH&W at (573) 298-4067, visit www.mhwdispensaries.com or text “Jefferson” to (844) 983-4016 to sign up for updates.
