Authorities say a 44-year-old Hickman man was hospitalized with hand injuries from fireworks.
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Authorities say a 44-year-old Hickman man was hospitalized with hand injuries from fireworks.
It happened around 9:20 p.m. on July 3.
The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office says the man had traumatic injuries to both his hands.
LSO says the man was trying to fire an artillery shell that detonated early.
The man’s injuries are not considered life threatening.
