Obituary of Lloyd Belt

Lloyd Belt, 78, of Henley, Missouri passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. He was born Feburary 7, 1943 in Corydon, Iowa the son of the late Lloyd A. Belt, Sr. and Dorothy (Blaine). On August 28, 1965 in Eugene, Missouri he was united in marriage to Sally (Yocom) Belt who survives of the home.

Other survivors include:

His Children, Greg Belt of Henley, MO; Kelly Gettinger (Tim) of Jefferson City, MO; Ted Belt of Jefferson City, MO; Nikki Allen (Troy) of Scottsdale, AZ; Lamajah Johnson of Henley, MO

Grandsons, Shane Belt (Nikki Jo), Ryan Gettinger, Carson Gettinger, Gavin Allen & Garrett Allen

Great Grandchildren, Noah Belt, Lincoln Belt & Bowen Belt

Siblings, Wilma Engelbrecht (Lloyd) of Eugene, MO; Larry Belt of Henley, MO; Richard Belt (Sue) of Jefferson City, MO

Lloyd was owner/operator of Lloyd Belt Automotive and Lloyd Belt Farms. He served on the board of the local Sheltered Workshop for many years and also the Eldon Chamber of Commerce.

Private Family Services will be held with burial at Hickory Hill Cemetery.

Memorials in his name are suggested to Camp Wonderland.

Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO.
