Jerry L. DeClue, 71, of St. Louis died Aug. 4, 2021, in St. Louis. Mr. DeClue was a truck driver for JW Aluminum. Born March 19, 1950, in Old Mines, he was the son of the late John Lawrence and Mary (Merseal) DeClue.
He is survived by his wife: Deborah (Vogelpohl) DeClue of St. Louis; three children: Sherry (Steve) DeClue Waters of De Soto, Tiffany (Tyson) Webster of Florissant and Lance DeClue of St. Louis; two siblings: Sheila (Keith) Hayes of Richwoods and Morgan (the late Norma) DeClue of Old Mines; five grandchildren: Brandy (Al) Guzman, Amber (Devin) Roland, Hope (Andrew) Watts, Lane Webster and Peyton Webster; and six great-grandchildren: Landen, Aubrey, Sienna, Adelina, Nash and Kaylee.
Visitation is scheduled from noon until a memorial service at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main, in De Soto. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
