Husker volleyball finishes sixth in final AVCA poll

The Huskers finished ranked at No. 6 for the 2020 season after falling in the Elite Eight to Texas last Monday. The Longhorns are ranked second in the poll after losing to No. 1 Kentucky in the national championship on Saturday.

Ncaa Responds To Concern Of Volleyball Tournament Logistics

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Nebraska volleyball team dropped two spots in the final AVCA Top-25 poll.

The Huskers finished ranked at No. 6 for the 2020 season after falling in the Elite Eight to Texas last Monday. The Longhorns are ranked second in the poll after losing to No. 1 Kentucky in the national championship on Saturday.

There are six Big Ten teams ranked in the top-12 of the poll, led by Wisconsin at No. 3. The Huskers finished the season with a 16-3 overall record.
